If you already have some or all of your book written, but something doesn't feel quite aligned, you'll begin at the editing stage.
We’ll reorder content, fill out incomplete sections, propose ideas for deeper development of concepts, and rewrite what isn’t communicated effectively. If needed, we'll track down sources and clean up citations too. The level of detail and extent of the work will depend on the manuscript and on your needs.
Once your book is edited, we can move forward to proofreading or production.

Ether Press provides à la carte publishing services. Clients are free to engage with any stage of the process, choosing one, multiple, or all stages for their book. Pricing is adaptive based on the services needed and the level of skill required to meet the needs of the client.

Editing is advisory, restructuring and rewriting portions of the book as needed before the final checks. Proofreading is used generally, covering both what is traditionally known as copyediting and proofreading. It follows editing.
